Highlights

  • Is there a weight restriction for the rider? For safety and comfort, the recommended maximum guest weight is 120kg. If you’re over 100kg, please let us know in advance so the team can match you with the best driver and set-up. Got more questions? Reach out to us and we’ll work through it with you.
  • What are the luggage requirements? You're welcome to bring one suitcase with a max limit of 20kgs. Your main bag travels separately by van (so no, you won’t be balancing your suitcase on a Vespa). Bring a small backpack for the ride with your daily essentials: phone, water, sunscreen, snacks. The good stuff.
  • Do I need insurance?Yep. You’ll need to make sure your travel insurance covers riding as a passenger on the back of a motorcycle or Vespa. So, make sure to check this before you go.
  • What safety measures are in place on this trip?Your safety is our top priority. All travellers ride pillion only — on the back with a driver — and must wear a helmet at all times while riding. Helmets are provided to ensure proper fit and comfort. The Vespas and motorcycles undergo strict daily inspections and regular professional maintenance to meet high safety standards. Each vehicle is also fitted with a secure backrest for added stability and comfort. All drivers are fully licensed and complete comprehensive safety training, ongoing performance checks, and regular refresher courses. Guides provide a detailed pre-tour safety briefing and are trained in safety management and first aid. Each tour includes a lead driver to oversee safety, and every group carries a medical kit so the team is ready to respond quickly if needed.
  • What's the transport like on this trip? You’ll spend most of the trip riding pillion on the back of a Vespa or motorbike, with a van transfer from Hoi An to Da Nang.
  • Is this trip for me?If you wanna get a taste of Vietnam with a little more wind-in-your-hair energy, this one’s got your name on it. You’ll ride pillion on the back of a Vespa or motorbike with a trained professional driver, ticking off some of Vietnam’s most iconic spots, cruising through the countryside, and even taking on the legendary Hai Van Pass. Expect a mix of city buzz, country roads, local culture, and twin-share hotel comfort along the way.
