On this private Cairo day tour, you’ll journey through the layers of Egypt’s ancient glory, beginning with the awe-inspiring Pyramids of Giza — the Great Pyramid of Khufu, that of Khafre, and Menkaure — timeless monuments rising from the golden sands since the 4th Dynasty, around 2500 B.C. Enjoy a 30-minute camel ride through the Sahara, circling these wonders as the Great Sphinx watches over the plateau with its eternal gaze. Savor a traditional lunch at a local restaurant overlooking the pyramids before continuing to the magnificent Grand Egyptian Museum, where the treasures of pharaohs come alive — colossal statues, gleaming artifacts, and the full collection of Tutankhamun displayed together for the first time — an unforgettable encounter with 5,000 years of civilization.
