Vertente Natural was the pioneer of Coasteering in Portugal and global leaders in the introduction of ropes and zip-lines. It consist of a progression along the coast line, scrambling, swimming, climbing, rappelling, zip-lining and cliff jumping into the water. The only requirement is that participants be able swimmers!

Before you go

- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- Mandatory: You must bring your own running footwear and an extra pair of shorts to wear over the wetsuit (to protect the wetsuit against abrasion).
- There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if weather conditions do not allow the activity to be carried out safely and in accordance with our standard safety requirements. In such cases, you will be offered the option to reschedule the activity or receive a full refund.
