Stop 1
Meet your private tour guide and driver at your hotel lobby or Qufu Train Station in the morning, and head to Confucius Temple, the largest and most renowned temple of Confucius in East Asia. Since 1994, the Temple of Confucius has been part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site "Temple and Cemetery of Confucius and the Kong Family Mansion in Qufu".
Stop 2
After the Temple of Confucius visit, continue to Kong Mansion, located east side of the Confucius Temple. Kong Family Mansion developed from a small family house linked to the temple into an aristocratic mansion in which the male direct descendants of Confucius lived and worked.Following a fire and rebuilding of the temple with an enclosure wall on the model of an imperial palace in the 14th century, the mansion was rebuilt a short distance from the temple.
Stop 3
After enjoy a decent lunch at a nice local restaurant-Lu Cheng Wang Shi, which is highly recommended on line, transfer to Kong Forest, the Cemetery of Confucius, including hundreds of tombs and gravesites. Confucius himself and some of his disciples are buried here, as well as many thousands of his descendants. You will be transferred back to your hotel or train station after the tour is finished.
