- All zipline participants should weigh no more than 265lbs. Minimum age and height for zipline: 6 years old and 4 feet 4 inches tall.
- Non-swimmers are not allowed to enter the water
- The ride to the location is bumpy and as such this tour is not recommended for pregnant women or persons with back and/or neck injuries
- The sequence of the activities is determined by the flow of daily operations, and as such is not based on the guests' preference
- Helmets are mandatory for all tours and as such hairstyles should be worn to accommodate the use of this safety equipment.
- ARRIVAL TIME - No later than 2:00 pm for guests arriving via their own transportation
