The Catalina Casino is actually not a gambling facility but venue hosting dozens of big bands during the 1930s and 1940s. At 20,000 square feet, the Catalina Casino Ballroom is the largest circular room in the world without pillars for support. The outdoor promenade encircles the ballroom and overlooks the protected cove of Avalon Bay and Descanso Beach. Our tour passes by giving great views of this breathtaking landmark.
Stop 2
Travel to 1500 feet above sea level to catch the sunset from one of the highest spots on Catalina Island. Amazing scenery and sunsets.

Welcome to Catalina! We are conveniently located at Catalina Avenue and 3rd Street. Walking Directions from the Green Pleasure Pier: Walk up Catalina Avenue approximately 1 block. Our tour departure area will be on your right, right after Chet’s Hardware and 3rd Street.
