The staff is professional and attentive and the accommodations are multicolored stucco Caribbean style two story, four-plex units just steps from the beaches and waters of Negril. The tiled rooms are air-conditioned with color televisions and comfortable beds. All rooms have phones and safes and the property has good security.

The bar, Sunsets, is right by the beach and has pretty steady traffic. There is a pool table and the lunch menu consists of grilled specialties and sandwiches. The restaurant serves buffet breakfasts, lunches and dinners and guests can choose to sit either indoors, or 'al fresco' on the terrace. Wednesday and Sunday dinner is buffet style on the beach. They also have a regular dinner menu which features Italian and seafood specialties.

The hotel offers snorkeling and other watersports and there are shops at the hotel. This hotel has all the extras for your enjoyment and is a very reasonable value for the location.
