Just four miles from Owen Roberts Airport, the Grandview is located at the beginning of spectacular Seven Mile Beach, and is within walking distance of George Town, numerous restaurants, banks, a supermarket and some of the worlds best duty free shops. Check-in time is 2:00 pm and Check-out time is 12 noon.

Apartment Amenities: Each spacious luxury condominium has a private balcony or patio that offer the most splendid vistas of the sea, sand and stars in all of the Caribbean. Each unit is fully furnished and designed with your comfort in mind. They come with a well equipped modern kitchen, washer & dryer, direct dial telephones, satellite television, VCR, central air conditioning and ceiling fans. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and either a queen size bed or 2 twin beds in each additional bedroom, plus a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. Daily maid service is provided except for Sundays. Cribs are available for no extra charge and baby-sitting can be arranged with 24-hours advance notice. Non-smoking rooms offered based on availability.

Beautiful modern luxurious 2 and 3 bedroom condo apartments. Located at the southern end of Seven Mile Beach. Lots of good restaurants and shops within a short walk. Fabulous swimming pool area, and a wide fine white sandy beach with some trees for shade. There are some
rocky outcroppings into the sea, which creates some nicely protected shallow areas for wading.
Full services available as guests have signing privileges at neighboring Treasure Island Resort.
